I have model CBNSHM7620. And it does not play music when Navigation is running on screen so I cannot listen to music from CD while watching navigation. Is this upgraded version much better and improved? Is it real dual zone?

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET THIS DVD PLAYER, BECAUSE I LIVE IN MEXICO, IS IT EASY TO INSTALL THE DVD PALYER OR DO I HAVE TO ASK FOR SPECIAL TECHNICIAN FOR INSTALLING IT? DO YOU HAVE ANY CONTACT HERE IN MEXICO. HOW THE WARRANTY WORKS?
